Rotary Cutter Bush Hog or Landpride rotary cutter

Wanting an 8’ dual spindle cutter and have narrowed it down to a bush hog 2308 or landpride RCR 2596. 2308 is $450 cheaper but landpride parts are more available. Anyone own one of these or have an opinion on them? Thanks

I havent ran that model but we have 3 Landpride mowers and are happy with them. A 15ft batwing, 11ft flex wing and a 7ft finish mower. They cover a lot of ground each year. For what its worth we are happy with Landpride products.

Good to hear that , got salesman to drop the price to the Bush Hog one so have the 2596 on order. Having multiple landpride dealers and it being made not to far away is nice.

Good choice. I have numerous Land Pride implements and are happy with all. I've also had Bush Hog mower and they worked fine too

I just got a Landpride RCR1860 5' mower. Well pleased with it!

Probably won’t have it for this mowing season , factory is so far behind hoping to at least have it this year.

I have 2 72" RCR's. #1 has been abused. Finally had to replace the gear box. Bought #2 used in really nice shape that the owner had professionally beefed up with no second thoughts.

I have a the bush hog mower, bought it used after it mowed 100 acres 4 times a year for 7 years. I lost a gearbox but Messicks sent me one in no time at all.
