We didn’t get a late freeze this year so there was abundant fruit set. Apples and pears.

Just the opposite up this way. Apples seem very sparse this year. Got one tree that's usually loaded, maybe has half a dozen apples on it tops. Weather? Just one of those cyclical things? Dunno.

We had no late freeze this year and had a hundreds of apples and peaches on each of 10 trees. But the we had an influx of squirrels and the pretty much stripped them clean quickly.

Trapping most of the squirrels but only ended up with a bucket of appes compared to 28 six gallon bukkets last year.

Pretty Good this year too...

Big problem is cutting back on water means more fruit dropping

Harvested four apple trees and two pear trees today. They are ripe earlier than previous years. 5 bushels of good apples and 2 bushels of good pears. Now the real work begins.
