Anyone have an opinion about how these stack up with the competition? They seem to be pretty cheap and are by far the most common brand around here, both used and new. The only thing I don't really like is they got the drive chain inside the box but I can live with that. What would be a good price for a 6 footer new?

I have a 5' Buhler Farm King snow blower. Works like a champ, never had a problem with it at all. They seem to be somewhat lower priced than some of the premium brands, probably built a bit lighter. There are several tractor dealers around me and this is the only brand I see on their lots. We are in a moderate snow area, but I've had no problems going through 2' deep drifts or packed snow a the end of the drive where the plow truck dumps all the road's snow. Mine is a couple years old, I don't feel I can comment on a current price.

I've got a 60" ALLIED blower. Have not had a chance to use it in really deep snow yet, but in the smaller snow it's been great !
