My Kioti (and other makes I assume) has a rod on the right loader arm. When the bottom of the bucket is level to the ground the inner rod sits flush with the outer housing for rod. I have been told this is to advise you when the bucket is level.
Actually my rod was bent a long time ago and I removed the assembly.
Anyway, when I use my FEL for grading etc I can pretty much look at the bucket to see if its level. If not a quick adjustment and all is well.
I just dont understand the point of the level indicator. An analogy would be a thermometer outside the kitchen window: let me check it and see if I need a jacket? Why not just open the front door and you will know?
Why not just look at the bucket. it is right in front of you.
Honestly, I just understand how the indicator is used. What is the point?
I am serious about this. Someone explain how this makes tractor work easier.
