Brush Hog/Rotary Cutter for B2630

Hi guys. Was wondering if anyone has a Brush Hog or Rotary Cutter for their B2630 or similar sized tractor.

Anyhow, I'm looking for somthing to do some light bush hogging on mainly pasture land. Wondered what might be a good size, and brand name. I saw some at TSC in the $700 dollar range I think. I think it was County Line or King Kutter brand.

Don't have one but am looking for one also, probably about a 5 footer. Agri-supply MOWERS, ROTARY - Agri Supply sells them, a place that is often ignored. And a 5' is about $800+tx at the store.

I've been following CL and it seems that a lot were discovered after the snow melted in March and were being sold for nearly the price of new, but were pre-rusted.

Its no secret I like flail mowers and they cut better and use less fuel because the rotor is a fly wheel. the flail mowers with the four rows of knives are the best ones and give a better cut using less energy.

And they stock parts for them and the mower knives have a longer cutting edge in total length than a two blade rotary cutter.

I have been using a 5-foot rotary mower for the past 3 years with my 2630. I bought it new with my tractor. It is a Gearmore and has held up fine, even with all of the rocks I've crushed with it. I don't think I would go any bigger, but the tractor handles the 5-footer fine.

check out your local craigs list, usually some listed under farm and garden-not a lot to go wrong with these, if gear box okay and spins blades, thats about it.
