Hey, my transmission line has a pinhole leak on one of the lines. It is located right in the front under my engine fan. I looked at it and thought I could cut them and add in a coupler. But the two lines are side-by-side and very difficult to separate to make a cut. So I tried today to take the Bronco in to a transmission shop that quoted me $100 to bend new lines & install. Couldn't make it as the leak has gotten worse (likely from me cleaning the lines with a brush to pinpoint the leak).

Is there a way to "plug" the leak long enough for me to make the 20-30 mile trip into the shop? Thought about using JB weld or even duck tape just to slow/stop the leak. Any advice would be appreciated. A local shop wants over $300 to install junker lines on it... :(
