I am the proud owner of a broken TU1700. Tried to push over one too many trees and broke something in the front wheel drive, mosy likely a spider gear in the differential. Tractor drives fine and noiselessly in 2WD.
Questions: (1) Before I tear this thing apart to fix it, where can I get an English repair manual. (2) Is the 1700 similar enough to another make to use their repair manual for it (e.g., Ford, Massey) (3) What fluid type goes in the trans/hydro fill??. I'm guessing this model has a joint reservoir that will pee all over the ground when I open the front end to see what I broke...
