Branson Repalcement Parts.

I'm getting a new Branson 3120R and am wondering if you can only use Branson parts on a Branson. :confused2:

some parts have to be oem some don't, can't say for sure without knowing which part you want

I don't need any parts right now, just wanting to know if other manufacture parts will work other then Branson parts. Like if I need to replace the hydro pump etc. Are the OEM parts expensive, I was told they are.

Can you go to your ford dealer and get a crankshaft for your chevy?

Most parts other than general hardware, tires, fluids, and perhaps some filters, are brand specific. Since Branson builds the A-series Cummins, you may be able to source some engine parts from Cummins. Of course bearing and seals and hoses can be spec'd out by size. But generally speaking, you will need to go through Branson for most all parts. There are not enough of them out there to support an aftermarket supplier, like we can do with Ford 8N's and older high volume tractors like that.
