Just wondering if anyone has had luck installing the BZ00725 factory kit from Branson on one of the self leveling loaders? My BL200SL does not seem to fit. The lines from the loader to the diverter valve work fine. Lines from the diverter to the curl cylinders are too short even with the supplied T connectors.

Thinking I might just return this kit and build my own from the PB valve and have a true 3rd function.

Here's a picture of what I'm talking about.....

I'm lost,
tee's for were.
I would have expected to break the lines going to the curl cylinder on the right side at the factory tee's,
add hoses to the tractor side of the lines that went to the tee's take those to the in ports of the diverter,
from the straight thru ports back to the curl cylinder line tee's, and the divert ports for your quick connects.

Yep except the lines don't reach the right side curl connection. They are about 3" too short. They would work if I didn't have the self leveling loader stuff.

Since self leveling loaders are not commonly used in the US, they might have ordered the wrong kit for your application.

I wonder if the intent was to mount the valve on the front of the loader and use the longer hoses for your quick connects.

It makes more sense to break the curl supply before the hard lines on the loader. I don't see how it would work the way it is mounted now, even with longer hoses.

I will probably just make my own kit now.

The instructions want the valve mounted there and the long lines hook into the loader curl circuit where they go into the hard lines. Then you plug the hard lines. That part is fine but didn't seem to make much sense. You could easily use a couple right angle connections and use the hard mount loader lines where the factory curl connect and it would be a cleaner install.

That is what I would do. You probably have long enough hoses that way.
