Brake pedel on a 1300d

While I was doing a walk around and checking everything I found the shaft that holds the pedals on is missing some kind of keeper. I don't have a parts book so maybe someone can tell me what is missing on the end. It looks like maybe a E ring or a snap ring goes on there as there is a groove on the end of the shaft. I don't know if it needs a washer also. Maybe someone has a parts book? or knows. If not I'll find my calipers and figure out a fix to keep it on.

Should be a washer and e clip. I would imagine you could find one to fit in this. 300 Piece E-Clip Assortment
