After reading some previous posts by Bill C. of his great experience with Goss Tractor in N. Georgia I decided to give them a try. I called today and bought an L4300DT package with loader, tootbar, lifting eyes, 6' Bush Hog 286, 6' Bush Hog Finishing Mower and a 6' Box Blade at an extremely good price. I didn't have to dicker one little bit, they gave me the great price right off the bat. To top it all off, they deliver the tractor and implements with their own truck at a very decent rate ($400). I'm only approx. 450 miles from them so that plays a part in the pricing I'm sure.
The L4300 is scheduled to be here next Wednesday and I can't wait. My wants and desires ran the gamut from L3000DT to M9000 but I settled on the L4300DT as a great tractor at a great price. I hope to post a picture or two after getting it.
Goss Truck and Tractor has no Internet presence at all, but don't let that prevent you from giving them a call. They seem to be super people with great pricing and are experienced with shipping tractors out of state.
