Hello to everyone, I just purchased a new Titan bolt on grapple and my problem is it didn't come with any installation instructions. At first glance it looks pretty straight forward and it probably is but before I start drilling holes in my bucket I would like to know should the grapple have an overbite or should it land on the edge of the bucket. If it should have an overbite how much? I called the company but I haven't got any help from them yet. Pictures would help but any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank You

Not sure if this will help but my root rake grapple has a little bit of an overbite. IMG_20170524_174009328.jpg

My stump grapple buckle has an underbite. I wish it had a slight overbite. I would go with the overbite installation.

What are bolting it to?
If a standard FEL bucket, as long stuff will resist going back into the bucket, an overbite would be highly desirable I would think.
If on pallet forks, it might be near impossible to install with an overbite if your forks are very long.
If in some type of rake, either (overbite or underbite) would work, largely depending on how the rake is built and what you wish to use the grapple for primarily.
Congrats on the add on grapple purchase. I am certain regardless of how you mount it, you will love how it expands your projects.
