Hi , I was looking for clutch pilot bearing on the net for a 1979 G154, t1300. It is mainly similar to starter bushings, i used to rebuild. Probably around an $8 part and i am being generous. Being from Canada, you can add in the exchange rate. What is the price on a familiar used site on ebay $43 can ,then add $33 can for shipping. The part is the size of a ring and weighs,( .1 lbs). You could ship it in an envelope. I will measure the required part and post the sizes id and od. Then you can go to a starter rebuild shop and get one for around $8 dollars . We are also being taken advantage of on lot of other parts, because most people don't know value. I like my tractor and fix it as a pastime , but i don't appreciate especially being from Canada, the vendor and some dealers showing a moderate price, then the shipping is doubled the value of the product and it is not a weight problem, to make up for more profit. When they do this , it brings us over a duty threshold, then some more extra costs kick in at delivery. The cold up here does not make us stupid, If they don't want to sell to us then tells us right up front. I for one have had it with the price gougers. Maybe on this site ,we can post what parts we purchase ,how much and who they came from. The businesses are playing with us and are charging what the market will pay ,not what the value is. Watch out for parts kits that have been broken up to sell separately. I am sure ,they were initially purchased as kits. Another dubious sales tactic. We need some overseas contacts, we'll have to work on that. 😒

Isn't that the truth. Look at hearing aids, bearings, seals etc. If there were only someway we could all not buy the parts for awhile until it came down.
Look at he price for pretty much anything on Amazon .com and compare it to the identical item on .ca even taking the exchange into account we are getting ripped big time...............Mike

I sure hate seeing people get hosed just because of where they live. I've been hosed for the past 55 years and am becoming very weary.

for an overseas contact, check out Oraker Kft. - japan kistraktorok, kistraktor, hasznalt japan traktorok, japan traktorok, Kubota, Iseki, Yanmar, Mitsubishi, Shibaura. This shop is from Hungary, the website is English, they speak english, and they have a pretty complete 'standard' assort. For my little iseki tx1500 anyway. Hope this helps.

If you need shipping to US, and it is getting expensive, you should contact me :)

I purchased the pilot bushing for $3 from a starter rebuild shop. OD of the bushing was .747 or 3/4 ", ID (shaft size) was .63 . I had to spin the bushing lightly on a file to get a light press fit for the OD, to fit the flywheel , but the ID or shaft diameter was perfect. If you try and put it in to tight, you will need to remove material in the ID for the shaft. So from $76 to $3. If you have your shaft out ,bring it with you to size the bushing. I did add some lube when installing the shaft.

Ho ho i don't work for that company. Just a happy customer after a one-time transaction. I think they are fairly descent people.

The u-joints for the front drive from the transmission I found are Spicer u-joint 5-1500x, worked fine for me. The differential end joint is inside the shaft cover and is in gear oil , so that one should be ok. Only the rear one is exposed to the elements. $24 Cdn
