Bobcat334 mini ex 17-02 code plugged main filter.

Hello, I had this code come up with 300 or so hrs left to go before filter change. So I replaced filter and drained reservoir. Refilled with oem hydro fluid.Less than 10 hrs. On new filter. Code back on. Pulled filter and cut it open. Looks like sh*t. Grayish looking oil. Thing is, everything operates nicely. Hydraulic pump? Idk. Please help.

You may have contaminated hydraulic fluid. Have you checked to see what it looks like on the dipstick or drain a little out of the reservoir? Maybe show us some pics of what the filter looks like.

Hi ! Thanks for the reply. Yes I will take pics of the filter when I get home in a couple of hours. I'm fearing something going on with pump but as said, the machine operates really well. Having said that however, it always did seem kind of whiny. Possible cavitation? Anyway thank you!

How many hours on the machine. And how many hours on the last oil and filter?
