Bobcat s185 error code 41-10

It starts fine, but after about 5 seconds it beeps several times, 3 of the 4 lights start flashing and you can hear the lockout kick in. At that point no controls work. If I let it run about 15 minutes and shut it off and restart then everything works normally. Only error code is 41-10. I have check volts and it's usually at 13.8. Thanks for any help you can provide
