1997 bobcat skidloader lift spool leaking , my guest ion is,can you remove lift spool and reseal without removing the hydraulic control valve body. It looks like a tight spot to install the seal in the bore. The service man only shows procedure with HCV on the bench. I can get to the retaining screws, but not sure I could install bore seal if it takes much pressure to drive in,not much room to use seal driver. Thanks

If you have the access then it could be possible. Will it be more work trying to do it this way as opposed to removing the valve and replacing all the seals?
If one seal is leaking the others are probably not far off.

Do you have to slide the spools partially out of the casting to do this or are the O-Rings held captive in a spot face by the end caps? If you have to shift the spools it will be very difficult to do in place.
