Bobcat Joystick upgrade

I have a 06 bobcat T250 - It has the joysticks they no longer make and I've been told i need to do a converstion to the upgraded joysticks. The price I given is around $2000 - is there a less expensive way to get this done.

I was told there needs to be a software upgrade as well as the replacement - what does this involve?

I find it hard to believe that an '06 machine doesn't have supported joysticks. If there was a problem that severe, I would think Bobcat would have worked with you.

I would check with another dealer or write Bobcat technical on the Bobcat.com website and explain to them what you were told. Sounds fishy but it could be legit.
The software for SJC allows you to dial in speed and adjust sensitivity settings. I love the speed management and use it often.
