why not just buy a Bobcat door frame (about $80) and have a custom lexan door made? I did this on all of my K series and G series machines. I simply used the original glass as a template and had the lexan company manufacture the window to the exact specs. It was custom molded, too, so that there was no obvious bend in the material. No distortion, rated to 300 mph impact, and about $500 with the holes drilled for the wiper motor and arm. All that was extra was the latch, rubber seal, and wiper motor.
Your door has an odd bend that from what I can tell looks like it would be awkward to look out of.
