Does not shift from forward to reverse without continuously moving forward for 10 to 15 feet. Then does not shift from reverse to forward without continuing to move in reverse for 10 to 15 feet. Strains to move in any direction and shifts slowly, seems to be in a strain. This is a Bobcat BL 300, small backhoe/loader. Has 44 or so Horse Power Kubota engine. It was purchased new and has worked well for 10 years and now this problem. What do I need to do to fix this essential piece of equipment. Many Thanks, Palmtreecharlie in Gainesville, Fl.
