Bobcat 863G No Power, No start, low voltage.

We disassembled our 863G to refurbish/repaint. We unplugged the harness under the seat to remove the cab. After reassembling, it would start and run but wouldn't lift the boom, and would only drive if you pressed the override button.

Took it apart again to check for bad connections and verify chassis grounds. After reassembly it now does nothing. If you turn the key to on, 2 of the relays in the fusebox click but nothing else happens. No lights in displays, Nothing.

Battery checks out at 12.4 vdc but only reading +/- 10vdc at every relay and fuse in the fusebox.

Anywhere I can get a wiring schematic for this thing ???

Any insight would be helpful...

Check for pushed back pin at plug you disconnected. Is your unit a G series ?
