Bobcat 743B light switch what are the 4 positions for?

Can anybody explain to me how the light switch works on a 743B bobcat.
Its on the left side with the key and fuses but im not sure why there are 4 positions.
Im trying to fix the wiring for my lights but cant work it out.

Switch has 3 "on" positions.
#1 - Off
#2 - Front lights only (& power to flashers if equipped)
#3 - Front lights with rear tail light, if equipped.
#4 - Work lights. Front lights and rear work light on, if equipped.

This my "Best Guess". There is no schematic for this in service manual, only a line drawing, and there is only 1 power wire to front lights so I don't think there is any Hi - Low beam to the front.
