Hola Friends!

I figure there isn't much to add to this, but seeing as how this is a free post....

I found out Saturday that my AC is not working (it finally got warm enough to tell -- I have only had Blueford for ~ 2 months). Anyhow, 1998 Ford-New Holland Tn55 (yep, still says Ford on mine). R134a freon, compressor clutch appears to engage (everything is turning). Figuring on a service drop off to get it fixed. Unless someone has a magic elixir that will do otherwise -- or point that I may have missed? Low hours (~580). An independent repair shop down the road a few miles (might just have the little woman meet me instead of loading him up).

I would think any auto AC service shop should be able to service your air conditioning. It sounds like a charge of R134a is probably what you need. They may be able to add dye and see where it is leaking. I hope the compressor seal is not gone. That could be expensive.

I'd agree with the others.. if you have an auto /ac shop in roading distance.. I'd start there.

does the compresor kick on/off fast.. if so.. low pressure.. etc..

good luck.
