I just picked one up at the dealer for my 4210, will be installing it this weekend. Not sure about your model, but mine has a large freeze plug on the left hand side you unscrew with a 1/2" drive. Shouldnt be a big deal, will let you know after I "git-r-done" .
<font color="green">I asked this question almost a couple of years ago and received lots of good advice. Go to that previous thread and you will find the answers you seek.
If the link I included doesn't work, use the forum's search feature and search on "2210 block heater" making sure you select "all posts" for the date range.
Don't forget you will need the flange that fastnes to the engine block. (almost as expensive as the heater).
You can punch the freeze plug into the water jacket with a punch. grab it with a pair of pliers, turn it sideways and pull it out.
