Blades want cut off

I have a Toro 266H and was riding with the blades off and for some reason, the blades came on. Now they will not turn off. I checked the pto switch and it doesn't seem to be that. Just wondering if anyone in the forum has any idea why? Or what to do?

With the safety implications of that, I'd see the Toro dealer right away. Doubt they can avoid quickly fixing it.
