Bigger steering wheel 4035

Is anyone know where I can buy a steering wheel that is about 3" in diameter bigger and "deep dish" so it will be closer to me? I don't want to slide the seat ahead as the leg room is comfortable, it's just the wheel is too small and too far away. Thanks!

Do you tilt it towards you?

Sometimes I think the wheel is a little small, but I don't find it to be an issue.

Yes, I do tilt it towards me. It's just that I would like it to telescope about 3" closer to me as well as be about 3" larger in diameter. I've been looking around but can't seem to find an aftermarket wheel that will fit my needs.

This is what I did to my 5035... I put a " ball bearing spinner knob " [ do an Ebay search, that should find it...or it is a common tractor store thing ] on the steering wheel. I only usually operate it one handed anyway. Have do the same to all my other tractors thru the years. Once you get the knob, a slightly open vise and a ball peen hammer is used to rework the clamp base to fit your particular wheel. And maybe some longer or shorter screws. After you have fit one, you will be an expert... Makes the wheel feel three inches closer, too.

PS: very seldom can you find a wheel spinner that actually fits anything, so do not feel bad about beating on it [ non-destructive modification ] a little to make it fit...

The spinners I like are a little taller than the normal ones. Should say " SMV Industries Council Bluffs, IA " on the top. Quick look on Ebay and I did not see them, but I have bought them there before. Work real good even with heavy artic mittens on your left hand in the winter. Right hand stays warm working stuff, but the durn left one is the one that is hard to keep warm without Hot Hands packs.. [ please, no snide cab comments this time...

Adjust the backrest on the seat a little, as I have seen that help. I am not looking up the service bulletins right now, but I think Mahindra has switched to a deeper dish wheel, on the newer ones.
