It looks to be a good BH for the L series
but true use of the equip is the only way to truely know

Kubota's BH76 is what I have on my B3200 TLB, I have only used it twice since picture was taken in spring of this year. I dug out an existing plugged up drain tile on west side of home. Dug down 6 foot to drain tile and had to follow the drain tile about 30 foot or so to tie in to main drain tile. Also had two 10" to 12" Ash stumps that had to be remove from the front lawn. Did both of these projects so very easily, backhoe is off now for winter but next spring it will once again be working taking out some stumps along my fence line. Hope this helps answer a part of your question.

I have one on my L3400, and I've been very happy with it. It's lifting capability is surprisingly large for one cylinder. It's easy to remove and mostly easy to re-install, as long as you choose a nice, firm, level surface. I've dug up somewhere around 50 stumps around my place with it; everything from 6" plum to 30" pine. It'll do the work of a big hoe if you've got the patience and time. If I had it to do over I wouldn't hesitate to get exactly the same setup.

I have the BH76 on my L3400 HST and I cannot tell you how great it works. I did get the Kubota thumb and use it all the time. It is a huge plus when you have alot of rock to dig/move and it also helps hold logs off the ground while cutting fire wood. Did I mention tree stumps too?

I have used mine quite a lot and have never been disappointed. I would not recommend a non Kubota brand of any kind over it.
