I'm not sure if this has been discussed before on TBN. I know I have
heard of people being injured by bungie cords on a kayaking list I
monitor.
My mother in law as using some bungie cords this weekend to strap
down a load on her car. The cord slipped and popped her in the eye.
Luckily for her she was wearing glasses otherwise she would have
lost her eye. As it is, she had to visit the emergency room and see an
Opthamologist. She gets to visit the Eye Doc every day this week.
Be VERY careful using bungies. This is not the first eye injury I have
heard about.
