best oil for final drives

just changed oil in the engine and hyd/trans. I've only been a tractor owner for about a year. have a 1961 JD 2010 ( gas ). was wondering what is the best oil for the final drives on my tractor? also does the 3 pt system use the oil from the trans or does it use a different oil?

can't tell you about your sumps.. but for a machine opf that vintage, check your manual to see if it mentions jd 303 oil. if it does.. find a modern UTF fluid for it. most ar enow meeting JDM J21A these days
