Best method for adding oil temp gauge? DK10 series

Planning to purchase a '15 or newer DK 10 series tractor. I want to put it to work and consequently I want to keep my eye on the hydraulic oil temps so I don't accidentally cook anything. What would be the best method for adding a temp gauge?
