This is the best investment I've made since buying my tractor. Well my wife says that maybe its the best investment I've made since I bought her the engagement and wedding ring. I'm talking about the quick hitch I bought last summer. With all the snow we've had I've been putting on and taking off the rear blade quite a bit. Thank god for the quick hitch when I first bought my tractor it would take me a half an hour to get the blade on, now, it takes less than a minute. IMO these things should come standard with a tractor.

Hi Fabeats,

Glad you posted this. I was wondering if I should get one. From you report it looks like I should!

I do have those extendable links on the bottom of the 3PH on my B2910, but still a quick hitch looks pretty appealing. Have to put one on my list for spring!

How much does one of those cost? and is there any downside to using them? work with all 3pt attachments?

I had a Speeco (Speedco ?) and it worked on some attactments, others needed to be altered, and some didn't have room for the lower attachment hooks to fit.
I threw it in the corner some where.
I thought it was more hindrance than help !!

Bill,
Take a look at this one. The top link and the hitch are 2 separate items.

So far the only thing that had to be modified was a tiller my budy has. I believe he posted the modification. John if you read this attach the short cut. Other than that it has been excellent I have yet to find another attachment that wont work. Jbcat even made a hitch that takes inserts for the reese hitch.

Very interesting design...

Can't quite read the decal...Doesn't happen to be the new Midwest design, by chance?

Spring's comin' and there is a Kioti dealer about 45 minutes away...things are looking up already... /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I agree with you. I bought mine at Tractor Supply for about $180. I am sure it is a SpeeCo, with a TSC label. It fits everything I have (blade, box blade, rake, rotary cutter, boom pole, rotary harrow), but I have to use the adapter on top, as I see on yours. Most of the implements have something in the way that interfered with the top hook. I also think the pin through the top adapter provides a more secure hookup than just the hook. Before I got the Quick Hitch, I used to dread changing implements. Now I don't mind at all. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I wouldn't want to be without mine. Just added some bushings to the impliments I have was all the alteration that was required for my needs.
