Best instant espresso, especially for cooking

I am fussy when it comes to cooking, I just don't use crummy ingredients. I can taste the difference. So I buy high quality stuff. Anyway, sometimes a recipe calls for instant coffee, like a coffee glaze on nuts for example. So when I need instant coffee I use MEDAGLIA D'ORO instant espresso. It's also really good for drinking if you can't have fresh brew. It is way better that Starbucks, or really any other instant I have tried. I know, some folks can't taste the difference or don't care. That's fine. But if you want the best tasting just try the stuff. I just thought I'd pass this on.
