If you've got 45hp Mark, you don't NEED a creeper gear.
If it helps any, I have a 284 LE Jinma and I really like the tractor so far (60 + hours) The one thing that I wish mine had is more lifting capacity on the 3ph and the FEL. Greg-g and Chip can help you with the bigger tractor and for your size of acreage I would go for the 45 hp Kama. You should have the power to do anything you want to do.
helpme, I live in western CT and have a Jinma 204 with bucket and backhoe and a bunch of other stuff for it. You're more than welcome to come by and try it out. We use it for a small landscaping business we have and love it. Can't imagine the power a 35 or-45 hp tractor would have.
By the way we'll be neighbors in upstate as well. We have a place in Norwich.
Well Id like to throw a wrench into this post and suggest you also have a look at the new 2005 Taskmaster Tractors, they are built by Dong Feng in China are an option no one ever talks about they have a 32 hp model that will fit your needs.
Just a thought should you require any other info pls let me know.
