Which One do you want to know about?
Many subcompact tractor attachments leave a lot to be desired.

Subcompact tractors, like the Kubota BX, do not necessarily require special attachments...
You can hook up and get by with many category 1 implements designed for larger tractors, but they're just not IDEAL.
If an attachment isn't ideal, the tractor's performance and the produced results can be somewhat, or even greatly reduced.

We think our newest Land Shark box blade is very ideal for subcompacts.
It will be offered on our website soon. Here's one mounted to our BX2670.
What do you think?

I like the looks and width. Would be glad to try one out for you as a test subject. What is the weight? I find mine a little clumsy and flimsy for my BX, but also a little too light at the same time.

Thanks. We'll get one headed down there in exchange for a few digits! ;)

It's 260 pounds and not a bit flimsy!
For extra durability, we add bracing in between the front and rear moldboards on all of our box blades.

Looks like a good design and a perfect match for a BX.

Here's a Land Shark Subcompact Box Blade review from Mike in NC.
His tractor is a Kubota BX25D.

"54" Box Blade best buy"
"I looked for a long time at different box blades but once I was face to face with the LandShark model I was sold. All HD made in the USA replaceable grading blades, all welded construction not stitch welded, ripper shanks not held up with a wedge but pinned in place, made for the compact tractor. I love this box blade ,& while I was there I saw the new grapple they were working on similar to the Landpride but with all the issues fixed, like grease fittings, teeth on the grapple, better hose placement, stronger constuction. I have a Landpride grapple and it works well but if I could get most of my $$ back would sell it today and buy the EA grapple in a heartbeat."

He also posted this pic in the EA Channel Facebook Group

Can you guys tell me what the difference is between the Land Shark 2.1 and 5.0 box blades? The description looks identical and visually, the only difference appears to be a tapered box towards the ripper shanks. I have a Massey Ferguson GC-2400 and think this would be a perfect match.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks~

The 5.0 is specially formulated for subcompacts like the BX shown above and your GC. It will be like your tractor using the box blade, instead of a bigger one overpowering it. You know, tail wagging the dog kinda stuff.
The subcompact model still has features found on our heavier models such as the extra plate of steel welded to the front leading edge for wear resistance, an extra horseshoe plate of steel behind the shank/under the tube for extra durability(not found on any other mfgs box as far as I know), USA Made cutting edges and laser cut USA A572 Grade 50 steel construction(nothing less can be found in our factory).

I made this video a while back and uploaded it to my EA Channel facebook group a while back. Check it out if the link works: Everything Attachments Channel Public Group | Facebook

Sometimes, people prefer to go full blown Xtreme. I don't argue. I simply let people know their options so they can make the best educated decision!
This is our 54" Xtreme Duty compact model on a BX.

I hope this helps!
