Berta snow casters

I realise this is about snow casters but Berta has done it again!!!

They now have a 33 inch two stage snow caster with the three point hitch
mount and a solid auger, steel roller wheels or simple pas that are hand
crank adjusted that replace the wheels.

Its rated for a 14 horsepower 2 wheel mule but it has the 540 RPM PTO shaft
connection with PTO shaft guards.

It has upper and lower snow breakers and 2 cross auger shields to keep the
snow in the cross auger housing.

The images show a double acting hydraulic spout with several hinge segments
to allow high discharge angles.

I am unsure whether the chute is manually rotated or not but I believe it is rotated
by double acting hydraulics after looking at the images.

Yup it is ment for the 14 horse walk behinds but they have many narrow 4 wheel drive
mules over there that can use it.

I can see 2 of them bolted together using a chain and sprocket drive with a
center snow baffle to keep the snow from collecting between the units if they
are bolted together.

adding wings would make it a real 5 foot wide snow removal monster.
