New Holland Workmaster 33
New Holland Workmaster 33. While dumping junk logs and brush, I hit something and bent the threaded sleeve that connects one of the hydraulic lines as evidenced by the spray of fluid when I went for another load. Pics are attached. I was thinking of re-threading the connector with teflon tape, but it may be bent too far out of shape to make a solid connection. Can that female end component that is still bolted to the tractor be unscrewed and a new one obtained?

It can be removed the danger is that it may break off before it unthreads making the job challenging to say the least.
It looks like you have no choice but to try

Hard to tell the exact thread type on either end, ORB maybe but you're going to need a new fitting. You've deformed the seat of the swivel end. It looks to be an ORB to NPT swivel but as I said hard to tell the exact type. It'll screw right out of the valve body regardless of the type. Unscrew it and take it to your closest hydraulic shop and tell them you want one like it...other than the bent part :).

It's a shame the engineers of these cut tractors place these fittings in harms way. I've busted a couple on my Kubota as well. It really limits where you can take the tractor for fear of damage.

Maybe the fabrication of defensive shield is in order if you feel something is a threat by design.... On my MF GC 1715, the hydraulics are up and out of the way of any damage unless I hook a projecting log or stump, then it is my fault for no watching where I am going....

Thanks for the replies. I unbolted the damaged hydraulic connector and got a new one from the New Holland dealer. Replaced it and topped off the hydraulic fluid and it seems ok. However, the part was just over $50, which seems like a lot for a metal connector, but that's the close to the price I'm seeing online. It was CNH Industrial part #47671728.
