BELT DIAGRAMS Kubota Z122r

I need a pictorial diagram for both belts for Kubota Z122R

Kubota factory emailed me a page from their manual but it is such poor quality I cannot make anything out.

I also have a Husquvarna 46" and they actually have a decal right on the deck with that diagram and on YouTube is a full service video covering all maintenance.

I plan to print the diagram on a weather proof vinyl label and attach to Z's deck like the other guys!


Trying to find help with anything Kubota is like pulling hen's teeth? What's up with Kubota's lack of transparency about their own products?

Also an old thread on this subject suggested that Kubota appears to have a rather secretive fix for the problem of Z series breaking deck belts? Any information anyone has on that is most welcome

Although Kubota is no better than others when it comes to customers accessing documents, there are sites like this one with very useful manuals, sometimes shop manuals.

Like Dave, I found the same manual with just a simple Google search and easily downloaded it.

I have never had any problems finding information on anything Kubota.

I did find owner's service manual but it lacked a belt diagram. What was posted here is a lot of help. I will add that to the manual and print a sticker for the machine.

When I looked via google and ducduckgo etc. I found so much more help for my Husqvarna than for Kubota. Husq even has a full factory published service video including step by step for almost anything you may need to do. I found bits and pieces for Kubota none of it by the factory, all by individuals.

Have a 122R that is making a racket when the mower deck is engaged. Want to remove deck.

How do you relieve tension on the mower deck belt to remove the belt from the engine pulley?
