Craftsment has rotary torque sensor to put in between your std ratchet or torque wrench and your socket to determine how much torque is realy being applied has LCD and audio cues for torque settings looks like a torque multiplier.

accuracy is 3% below 50ft lb and is within 1.5ft lb above 50 up to 150 ftlb

One more thing to consider about clic-style torque wrenches: In the 70's, I had a friend who worked as an test engineer at Detroit Diesel Allison, on little things like automatic transmissions for M-1 tanks... He told me to always back off the torque setting to zero when you weren't actually using the wrench, which would help maintain calibration accuracy. This would still be true, I'd think?
