BCS Transport Sulky

I have a mower sulky so I decided to make a transport sulky to use when I want to take the tiller only to the garden. I have the transport wheel for the tiller so I used some scrap metal I had and made this hitch that resembles the transport sulky that can be purchased from Earth Tools, attached some pics trying it out with the tiller although they are not designed for that purpose.
