Banging deck

with my 60" deck on my 1800 set to top it seems to bang the heck out of the bottom of the tractor. Right now I am setting it to the highest cut so it does not bang but this is not realy what I would call locked at the top. Thinking about glueing a piece of rubber to the top of the deck. You guys got any suggestions

when you raise your deck up all the way and drive the tractor the deck bangs the under carriage, just jog it down a little. If it is banging while you are mowing then there is somthing else wrong. Your dealer should of told you about lowering the deck a little.

yea it's when it is all the way up.....As soon as I find/make the "right" piece of rubber I will stop it... seem like Bota would have done it
