Ball hitch/receiver for backhoe bucket

Have any of you ever come up with a way to hook up to a ball hitch with a backhoe ?

I put a chain around bucket to trailer tongue. Amazing how easy it is to scoot a trailer around that way.

Thank you for your input . But after thinking about it for awhile I have decided not to pull with the backhoe . Moving an empty trailer or log splitter around the yard would be fine . But what I was wanting to do was pulling a trailer full of firewood through the woods , very narrow and uneven terrain . Got to thinking that couldn't be very good on the hoe . But thanks for the ideas everyone .

The two parallel links on my little hoe bucket were about 2.5"apart, just right to weld a receiver between. I then had to make a custom bent drawbar to take the ball. The receiver stays on, and is to the rear of the bucket. It does fill with mud at times but with the drawbar in place I can reach over and lift my float off the truck hitch, then slip the ball into the trailer and move it out of the way. The trailer weighs about 1100lb but when using the hoe it lifts the rear of the 4000lb tractor....

Just posted this on my thread...certainly not for a load of fire wood, but some compost, or a stump or two, log splitter, an empty trailer it should be fine,. This is on a BX25-D.

In case you didn't see my other post on this...it failed! Bent the step with empty trailer. DON"T do this! The is a spot just below the step on the BH frame that might accommodate a Reese hitch...looking into that.

I was going to warn you about doing that . Doesn't take a whole lot to bend those little steps . I have bent mine a couple of times backing into things in the woods
Only takes a couple whacks with a two pound hammer to put the back in shape .
