Is there any way to balance a wire brush that goes on a 4 1/2" angle grinder? Mine is vibrating real bad, but it still has a lot of wear left so I don’t want to trash it yet.

If it was I...I would replace the wire brush for there something wrong w/it.

Hate to see you become hurt if the wire brush should come a parts at those rpm's

Check to see if the arber shaft on your grinder is straight. Or the Bushing might be bad in the wire wheel. Is it the only thing on it or is there a stone on the other side? It might be the stone on the other side if there is one. Try dressing it if there is. But most likely if you change wire wheels it will stop. Those wheel are not to expensive to chance getting hurt. Ive had single wire fly out and stick right in ya...Feels like a doctor that dont like ya!
