Bad clutch Branson 3820

I have a Branson 3820 with 240 hours on it, I have put 4 clutch sets in it. The longest they will last is 20 hours. It is always the PTO clutch disc that goes out. Even pulled the PTO shaft and changed the two bearings on the shaft. I have spent thousands of dollars and a year and a half trying to fix this, I am at a lost ready to use it for a lawn decoration. Can anyone help?

I think we have found weak springs in the pressure plate. I am hoping to get the tractor back Wednesday, will give an update.
