No! rolls underneath quite nicely.Once underneath,I connect the hydraulic lines to the rear remotes.Once connected,the stabilizers are lowered to raise the B/H up off the dolly.Dolly is then stored in upright position to save space.

Nice looking set-up. I have a Wallenstein backhoe as well (smaller model) and have been thinking about building a dolly too. Thanks for the design idea. Any chance you could post a few more pictures from different angles? Thanks.
