Well,it arrived a few days ago......my heating/AC package unit,that is. 520 lbs.,roughly 4' square and 40"high.CUMBERSOME
,and yet delicate to lift,right?
That's why I keep that òl backhoe,I tells my wife! The ROADWAY semi arrived,48'trailer and not nearly able to put that unit off close enough to my house.
Hoisted her up with the backhoe, via chains thru the base runners, and parked her near the work site.Poured the 56"' X56" X6"thick pad, and today I took the hoe and swung her right into place. Had to work between two banks of higher elevation and a wooden stairway....I was sweatin' it.
Yep...a backhoe can do it all, just about. I love that òl thing!Saves me back!Gotta hit the sack now....I still gotta lot of work to do hooking up the outside unit. don-ohio
