B8200HST Hydraulic issue, PLEASE HELP!

I have a B8200HST with a PTO backhoe and front end loader attachment, that I got from a neighbor. I got the tractor running and the PTO works. The issue is the front bucket hydraulics don't work and the tractor won't move forward or reverse. I haven't gotten the manual that I ordered yet but I've checked all the hoses for connection and leaks, all good. Assuming the fluids are all good and at the proper level, can anyone provide some direction or tell me what the problem may be? Has anyone else experienced this before and if so what was the remedy? Have you confirmed the oil level in the transmission? I suspect The PTO pump for the back hoe has a separate reservoir from the loader and HST.

I am sending a parts brake down and go look at the hyd block. There are 2 plugs that you can maybe check pump psi before and after the relief valve. If ok there check the relief valve in the loader control. You well need a 3000 lbs psi gauge.

Yes the PTO has separate reservoir and pump. Will confirm oil level today and go from there. Thank you!

Well, the strainer was completely stop up, even gas wouldn't flow through it. Replaced the strainer and suction line, then had to braze a pressure line, then replace one of the loader formed steel lines. Now tractor drives, but loader is slow and chatters, gonna check the relief valve and feed to the loader spool assembly today. Thanks for the help!
