There are a few
B8200's around, like mine and Von's.
they were made mid 80's to early 90's. My understanding, from the board that proceeded this one and my local dealer, is that they were the precursor to the
B2150. The
B2150 has a bigger motor, but otherwise the drivetrain is
B8200.
It has a 19hp motor. PTO is rated at 16hp. It was available as 2wd, 4wd, gear, hydro, PS, no PS. It has three ranges, like the
B2150. It is rated pretty darned similar in all facets to the
B2150.
My particular
B8200 was represented by the dealer as a '88. It is 4wd, hst, but no PS. I have turf tires, but want to upgrade to R4's when these wear out. Mine has a Bushhog loader. It's got a few years on it, but is only topping 625 hours right now(200 hours are mine).
This thing is built like a tank. The only thing I'd change, is PS, R4's, and a few extra ponies. Basically that equals a
B2150 or
B2710. It has been a great tractor; I have worked it hard a few times; it just goes like that silly battery bunny /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
I would estimate one in good condidtion at $9500 and up, depending on your geographic location; mine was about that 2.5 years ago with 425 hours.
