B7610 Kubota
I recently purchased a set of the Gator mulch blades and have to say it made a huge improvement over the stock Kubota blades. I asked my dealer if Kubota made a high lift blade for my 54" deck (RCK 54-24B) and he said no. I am considering blocking off the discharge side of the mower to see if the deck would mulch better. My X585 J.D. required a different deck for mulching so I'm not quite sure whether blocking off the discharge chute on my B7610 will work or not. Asking around locally I got mixed opinions on the subject. Has anyone tried to change a side discharge on a B7610 to a mulch deck? And has anyone tried to order high lift Kubota baldes for the same tractor? I'm having a hard time believing that they make them for a 60" deck from reading other threads but not for the 54". If anyone would know it would be you folks. I gain more knowledge on a daily basis about Kubota through this website than any other source out there. Thanks.

I tried making/useing a mulch plug on a 60" MMM on a BX23 and got mixed results. If I stayed on top of the mowing and didn't try to cut off no more than an inch and went slow it did fairly well. Wet or soggy grass was a no no.
I didn't have gators nor did I get around to trying a set of Kubota's mulching blades so needless to say it didn't do very well with the leaves and I ended up going with a Cylone Rake bagger.

It may work with the gators.
