B7610 Hydraulic Control Lever

It's been a while since I've had the B4672A 3pt backhoe off my B7610. When resetting the Hydraulic Control Lever adjustable stops I can't remember if the hydraulic lever is supposed to auto return to center when using the 1/4 inch stops or not. Any help appreciated...
