The valve to control the loader giving me problems! When I put it to float, I could not get it back out. I had to take the bottom part off the control valve to get the bucket off the ground! Was really gumy and rusty in there. Got all the ballbearings and the spring (4 little ones & one bigger) Cleaned them all up, how does this go back togetther?

I have never had my loader valve apart, however, if you have the LA302 loader, a parts list is attached. Look carefully, as there are several different valves shown. Best wishes!

Thank You! (rusty) for the info. helped me out big time! The loader I have is a 272, but I think the control valves are the same. Is there a place where I can download other parts files for the tractor itself B7500? I wish there was a sevice manual download.. Thanks again for your help!!!:)

You can request links to free downloads of parts lists for your tractor, FEL and MMM from www.tractorsmart.com. Sorry, I tried to attach the parts list for the B7500HSD, but the file is too large for this forum. I don't know anywhere to get the service (WorkShop) manuals free.

Talk to your local service/dealer. I had issues with mine freezing up in the winter. Turns out moisture would collect and freeze. They have a fix to drill a small drain hole somewhere in the valve to let it drain. Never had a problem since. I can't recall all the details, but you may find some of my old posts. My dealer took care of it for free.

I got everything all cleaned up, was full of gunk, and yes it used to freeze up, had to warm the tractor up to get it to move. Now the big ( ? ) how to put it back together? How to get the little balls back in place ( 4 small, one larger, and the spring! Is there a trick to this. Does anybody know the order or the best way to get this thing back together?? Has me stumped..

I took mine apart when it was freezing. GOing from memory, i took a good sticky grease and put some on each little ball. Then, stick them in place (the grease holds them there) in the corresponding holes around the end of the valve. Then, the spring goes in the end with the larger ball on the end of the spring. Sorry i can't be more specific....... it was awhile ago. And..... it took me about ten times to get it back together correctly. If i'm not mistaken, the big ball gives you the "detent" when it passes inside the little balls. COme to think of it...... the big ball may go in before the spring. Hopefully someone here will come up with a good exploded view. You definitely do not need to bring it to the dealer, and its not really complicated. I figured mine out with no diagram, and with no idea how it went together ahead of time. If you were close, i'd have been happy to go to your house to give you a hand with it. In the future, it would be easier to drill a small hole at the bottom of that cap to let the moisture out. The hole also lets you spray a little lube in there a few times a year.

Thanks, It's raining here! Took the loader off alot easyer to get at now, also its out of the rain. I tryed 3 times so far no luck yet. I think the spring goes in first than the big ball, has to go past the little ones, have to compress the spring alittle than slied the coller over the little ones to keep them from pushing out! Just have'nt figured out how to do this yet! Does this sound right
