Has anyone had a problem closing the hood on their B7500 due to interference with the fuel cap? On three hot days, after hard mowing for several hours, my hood would not close because it was hitting the fuel cap. The first time, I was able to close the hood after turning the cap so that one of the flats was exactly parallel to the dash. The other two times, I was only able to close the hood after removing the fuel cap. I can't see anything bent, loose, or otherwise wrong with the hood hinges. I'm guessing that it is a thermal expansion problem. Does anyone have a better fix than removing the fuel cap?
